Way to go! You have taken the first step to changing your life. Everyone wants to feel comfortable in their own body. We all want to feel strong, healthy, sexy, and powerful. In this circle, you will feel the physical changes as well as the mental changes. Who doesn’t want more confidence?! But, before you get all of those lovely benefits you need start over.
No more stressing about not having enough time to go to the gym, overdoing cardio, fad diets, obsessed with the numbers on the scale! Everything you have to learn that led you to this circle is now in the past. The second you became a member over Joey’s Circle, you have decided to become a better you so let’s begin!!!
Circle Workout Schedule- Every week you will workout 5 days out of the week. The great part about being a member at The Circle is you can get these workouts done in your own home any time or day you want, you do not have to follow the exact days (though it is recommended to stay on schedule). At the beginning of every week, there will be three workout videos added to the workout schedule for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. These workouts will be lead by Joey himself. They will be 20-30 minute workouts that will make you drop some inches and sweat. The days your not working out with Joey he will have exercises for you to do on Tuesday and Thursdays noted on the calendar. To get started click on The Circle Workout Schedule. Then, go to Monday of the week you are starting. There will be a list of the equipment you need to complete your workout and also a list of the exercises that will be in the workout. Once you have what you need and are ready to go, click on Start Your Workout.
Nutrition- This is not another stressful diet. This is happiness, mindfulness, balance, and real life. There is a time and place for everything, and there is definitely a time to eat the foods we enjoy. In this circle, you will learn how to and when to enjoy those foods, without feeling the guilt afterward. Joey’s main focus is to teach you what a balanced diet looks like and how to balance that with your workouts. Food is not our enemy and let face it life makes it hard to stay focused 100% of the time. Joey will share his knowledge on nutrition along your journey. Once you master balance, you will have a healthier and happier life. Joey will be posting on The Circle’s Kitchen every week as well as on The Circle’s Facebook page with the recipe or tip of that week.
